For a long time, the campaign’s Big Bad. Toram started a revolution in Chaos, involving forbidden Logrus Magic, countless Logrus masters from alternate realities, and other unwholesome allies like Gwen and Clarissa.

Toram has been killed at least four times so far:

• His body was killed in Chaos, and he was decapitated by Corwin and his head is a trophy in Pearl.
• His soul was ‘trapped’ in a Matrix Crystal by Clarissa, and destroyed by Norton and his magic-eating fish. (Although people only had Clarissa’s word for it.)
• His spirit was poured onto the Primal Pattern by a Variable Pattern golem created by Suhuy and Gentleman Suhuy.
• After it was belatedly discovered that Toram had possessed the Spiral for years, and could influence anyone who walked it, the Spiral was purged by (a sane-ed by Jean) Dworkin, Suhuy, and Gentleman Suhuy.
